Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Mobile Phone Repair Technician and Sales Technician to join our team. This dual-role position involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices while also assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and after-service support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a solid background in sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Duties:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile phones and tablets (iOS, Android, etc.)
Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port fixes, and water damage treatment
Maintain detailed repair records and ensure parts used are tracked
Test devices for functionality before and after repairs
Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and mobile technology trends

Sales Duties:
Assist customers with purchasing mobile phones, accessories, and service plans
Demonstrate product features and explain technical details to non-technical customers
Upsell accessories and additional services to meet sales targets




Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Process transactions using POS systems and manage inventory

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
Proven experience in mobile phone repair will be preferred
Strong sales or retail background
Knowledge of common operating systems (Android, iOS) and smartphone components
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment

Working Conditions:
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs
Exposure to small electronic components and hand tools
