As Front Desk Agent, You Will
Greet arriving guests, check in and assign rooms
Take, cancel and change room reservations
Process telephone calls
Process wake-up calls
Provide information on hotel facilities and guest services




Provide general information about points of interest in the area
Arrange services required for guests with special needs
Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
Provide exceptional guest service
Clerical duties as required
Work along side of the hotel team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Positive and outgoing personality
Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests and the community

What You Bring
Flexible Availability - our Front Desk staff will work a variety of shifts
Excellent oral communication
Effective interpersonal skills
Food Handling Certification and Responsible Beverage Certification is required
Front desk experience is considered an asset
Previous experience with WebRezPro considered an asset
