Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining high service standards





Requirements
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology sales or related fields
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers accurately
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and POS operations
Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
