This US Tax Manager opportunity sits within a growing CPA firm where cross-border work is an significant part of the wider tax and advisory practice.

You’ll manage US corporate compliance and planning assignments, working across federal and state taxation, international reporting and Canada-US matters. The work can include Forms 1120 and 1120F, 5471, 5472 and other international reporting, alongside CFC, GILTI, state nexus and treaty considerations.

What they’re looking for:
CPA, US CPA or equivalent tax qualification preferred
5+ years of CPA firm/public accounting experience
Strong US corporate tax experience
Experience reviewing 1120 and related filings
International tax reporting exposure
Understanding of US federal and state taxation




Strong client management skills
Previous experience reviewing staff work
