Duties
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks to support chefs and cooks
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and cooking equipment to meet food safety standards
Help with food storage, organization, and inventory management to ensure freshness and efficiency
Support serving staff by preparing ingredients or assisting with plating when needed
Follow proper food safety procedures and hygiene practices at all times
Ensure the kitchen area is tidy, organized, and free of hazards throughout your shift




Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation skills
Familiarity with food safety standards and handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
