Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobby, garbage rooms
Use commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums efficiently and safely.
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety regulations are met at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.




Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues when needed and maintaining a qualified attitude.

Qualifications
Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Robust attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
