Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and other menu items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. Duties
Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to company standards and customer specifications
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing
Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed

Skills




Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably in a restaurant or fast-food setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient cashiering and order management
Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food industry best practices, including serving techniques and food handling procedures
Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
