Duties
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe setting
Upsell retail hair care products and styling accessories that complement client needs and enhance their experience
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments




Promote salon services and retail offerings to increase sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service
Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate your skills

Requirements
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to client needs
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
A valid license or certification as required by local regulations for practicing barbering or hairstyling
