As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on the right foot. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in seating guests according to their preferences and the restaurant's seating capacity - Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently - Answer phone calls and provide information to callers regarding restaurant hours, menu options,



and reservations - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Join our team and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
