Duties
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and train spa staff to uphold service excellence and professionalism
Coordinate appointment schedules, manage walk-in guests, and optimize treatment flow
Ensure all guest interactions reflect a warm, friendly, and skilled attitude
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments for treatments and retail sales
Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper sanitation procedures throughout the spa




Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to resolve issues and enhance their experience

Experience
Proven background in hospitality or customer service roles within a wellness or spa environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and staff
Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and transaction processing
Knowledge of guest service best practices to create memorable experiences for clients
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
