Floor Lead

We’re looking for a confident, hospitality-driven Floor Lead to join our team and help elevate the guest experience on every shift. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

About the Role

As the Floor Lead, you are the anchor of each service. You ensure the café runs smoothly, guests feel genuinely cared for, and staff are supported so they can perform at their best. You’ll oversee daily floor operations, uphold service standards, and create a positive, energized environment where both customers and team members feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Lead floor operations during shifts, ensuring efficient flow and exceptional service
Support baristas, cashiers, and runners to maintain consistent quality and speed
Greet and connect with guests, resolving issues with professionalism and warmth
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall atmosphere of the café




Communicate actively with the kitchen and barista teams to keep service smooth
Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching new staff
Monitor stock levels, restocking and communicating needs as required
Uphold company standards for hospitality, presentation, and safety
Act as a point of contact for shift changes, breaks, and general team support

Experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong leadership presence — calm, organized, and solutions-focused
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities and stay composed under pressure
A passion for outstanding coffee, great food, and great guest experiences
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
