Duties
Deliver skilled hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas after each client
Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools that complement clients’ needs and enhance their at-home routines
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



and handling payments efficiently
Build lasting relationships by offering excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse techniques and styles
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client satisfaction
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk duties seamlessly
A passion for beauty trends, continuous learning, and delivering outstanding customer service
Previous experience in retail sales or working at the front desk is a plus but not required
