Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Building Worker/Cleaner to join our company. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our building.

Duties
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of all areas within the facility, including floors, walls, stairwells.
Assist on-site Manager with repairs, maintenance tasks and special projects
Ensure prompt and professional service to tenants
Ability to work in a team setting as well as with minimal supervision
Perform turnover tasks, including replacing countertops, vanities, faucets, sinks, etc.
Complete maintenance requests, e.g. clogged sinks, lighting replacements, plastering and sanding

Experience
Proven experience working maintenance in a residential apartment complex
Minimum 3 years working experience
Must have own tools




Ability to safely use and maintain tools of the job
Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective teamwork and documentation. This position is integral to maintaining the operational excellence of our facilities through skilled maintenance work combined with thorough cleaning practices. Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
