We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Counterbalance and Crown Reach Operator to join our client's energetic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will operate counterbalance forklifts and crown reach trucks to efficiently handle, move, and organize inventory within our distribution center.

Shift: Monday to Friday from 9am-530pm

Duties
Safely operate counterbalance forklifts and crown reach trucks to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse
Perform accurate order picking using forklift equipment and order picker machines to fulfill customer orders accurately
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and maintain accurate records
Assist in heavy lifting tasks by handling bulky or heavy items with proper technique and safety procedures
Support inventory organization by stacking, sorting, and storing products in designated areas according to warehouse protocols




Follow safety guidelines rigorously during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Skills
Must have experience operating the Counterbalance and Crown Reach
Must have a valid forklift licence
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Proven experience in warehouse distribution environments with familiarity in order picking and inventory management
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $21.00 per hour
