We are looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance Technician to join our team for the upcoming season. This role focuses on high-quality garden and landscape maintenance—no grass cutting.

Responsibilities
Garden bed maintenance (weeding, edging, pruning, deadheading)
Plant care including perennials, shrubs, and ornamental trees
Mulching and soil care
Seasonal clean-ups and garden refreshes
Identifying plant health issues and reporting concerns
Working efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Representing the company professionally on client properties

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of skilled garden maintenance experience (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Robust plant knowledge and pruning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
