Option Excavating is hiring experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing earthworks division. We're looking for operators with experience excavating for earthworks in commercial/civil earthworks.

Responsibilities
Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Excavate to required grades and elevations.
Work closely with gradeperson and foremen.
Perform daily equipment inspections.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with maintaining productive and secure job sites.

Qualifications
Experience operating excavators in civil earthwork construction
Knowledge of trench safety and excavation practices.
Ability to excavate accurately to accommodate slope and final grade
Ability to load trucks safely and efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and safety-focused.
