Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and eager Automotive Apprentice Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry. As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties
Assist in performing routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Learn to diagnose automotive issues using various tools and equipment.
Gain hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and alignment tasks.
Collaborate with senior technicians to understand schematics and repair procedures for various vehicle models.
Participate in training sessions focused on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and diesel engine repair techniques.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while assisting in shop maintenance tasks.

Skills




Mechanical knowledge with a strong desire to learn more about automotive repair.
Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in vehicle maintenance.
Understanding of automotive electrical systems is a plus.
Previous dealership experience or mechanic experience is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace while demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm for learning current skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
