Job Summary
We are seeking a agile and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Oversee project management tasks related to sales campaigns, product launches, and client onboarding.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.

product knowledge, and customer service excellence.

Experience
Proven track record of supervising or managing a sales team in a competitive environment.
Robust project management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Multilingual proficiency in English and Punjabi is highly desirable.
Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting market data and customer insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively across diverse audiences.
Leadership experience that showcases the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
