Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
Handle shipping, printing, and packaging services
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Supervise daily store operations and provide excellent customer service

Requirements
Previous supervisory experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
