Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired destinations
Provide expert advice on travel options, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
Book and confirm reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities with accuracy and attention to detail
Offer personalized travel recommendations based on current trends, client interests, and special occasions




Resolve any issues or changes during the trip planning process promptly and professionally
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry offerings, hotel experiences, and hospitality services to deliver informed guidance

Experience
Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel industry
Familiarity with hotel operations or experience working in a hotel environment is highly desirable
Robust understanding of the hospitality sector and current travel trends
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly
Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency
