Overview

We are looking for someone who will provide customers with prompt, friendly, high quality customer service. The scope of this role includes filling prescriptions, serving as a liaison with patients, third party billing and providing support for clinical programs and expanded scope of pharmacy practice. It is also important to actively contribute to a positive setting for customers and coworkers.

Job Description
Provide customer service to exceed customer expectations
Data entry of patient care information
Third Party adjudication (if necessary)
Accurate preparation of prescription medications
General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist as required




Handling customer prescription pick up
Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Committed to delivering excellence in customer service
Robust attention to detail, and organizational skills
Hardworking
Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
Previous pharmacy experience is an asset

We will provide a great work environment, competitive wage starting at $18/hr (increasing to match current level of experience) and advantages to the selected applicant.
