Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen by preparing high-quality meals in a rapid-paced environment. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations during service hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.




Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and meal preparation methods.
