Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work setting. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to team success in a energetic setting.

Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
Perform general cleanup and maintenance to keep workspaces safe and organized
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns promptly
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and materials

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures




Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
