We're hiring a full-time Entry Level Sales Associate who's driven by hitting numbers and isn't afraid to start a conversation with a total stranger. No sales background? That's fine — we'll teach you the rest.

What the job actually involves:
Representing our telecom client, professionally, all over Winnipeg
Opening conversations and figuring out what people actually need
Pitching products and services with confidence
Guiding the customer all the way to a closed sale
Hitting your own targets while helping the team hit theirs
Logging your activity clearly for reporting
Leveling up your product knowledge as offers shift
Taking coaching seriously and applying it rapid
Building relationships with repeat and referral customers over time
Adapting your approach depending on who you're talking to and what they need

You read people well and communicate with confidence
You're self-driven
You can go all day on your feet, in a fast, unpredictable workplace
You work well with a team but own your own numbers
Sales or target-based experience helps, isn't mandatory
Full-time availability
You're resilient — a "no" doesn't throw you off your game
You're comfortable learning recent products and offers on the fly
