Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Experience
Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work in a team-oriented setting are essential for success in this role.
Possess a Valid Smart Serve Certificate.
