Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Server to join our agile team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation or seating arrangements efficiently
Provide attentive guest services, including answering questions about the menu and restaurant offerings
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly
Handle phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette and assist with reservations or inquiries as needed




Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, dining area, and service stations throughout shifts
Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant settings is preferred, especially with serving or hosting roles
Strong guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous but not required
Skilled appearance and valuable phone etiquette are essential
Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward providing exceptional customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.55-$18.00 per hour
