Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to encourage informed purchasing decisions
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
Utilize communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth store operations





Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales settings is preferred
Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical features
Robust communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to foster positive interactions
Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances customer engagement
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
Excellent organizational skills for merchandising, stock management, and time management
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience with cashiering systems (POS), merchandising techniques, and retail operations is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience
