We are currently hiring a Security Officer to join our Chances Salmon Arm Team.

What you will be doing
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
Verify identification in compliance with provincial legislative and Chances/Berezan standards.
Ensure the safety of patrons and staff by monitoring and maintaining a secure workplace.
Complete daily reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
Report any activities in accordance with BCLC and Chances/Berezan procedure manuals.
Provide escorts to patrons and staff as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Report any health and safety concerns promptly.
Understand and effectively communicate the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers.
Review audit sheets and ensure they are completed and up to date.
