Overview
We are seeking a qualified and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
We are a landscape company looking for someone to assist with daily client quotes, preparing new jobs, ordering product and assisting with some bookkeeping.

This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in clerical duties. This position offers an chance to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and effective communication are highly valued.

Duties
Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
Assist with bookkeeping
Assist with ordering landscape product
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously




Support office management with clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and document preparation

Requirements
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles.
Attention to detail for calculating quotes and purchase order review.
Strong math skills, to assist with both bookkeeping as well as calculating client quotes
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Robust phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data accurately
Attention to detail for calculating quotes and purchase order review.
High school diploma or equivalent required

Wage to be set dependent on experience.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
