We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
Assist in upselling products to maximize sales prospects.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Handle cashiering responsibilities, including cash handling and balancing the register at the end of shifts.
Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.




Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Experience with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding product features and advantages.
Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
