Dorval Medical Family Health Team is looking for a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. Working across our partner clinics in Oakville, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care – from vaccinations and nursing procedures to triage and patient assessment.

Position Overview
Full time, primarily days, with some evenings and weekends as required
Multi-site role supporting partner clinics across Oakville – travel between clinic locations is required
Reports to the clinical/nursing leadership team at Dorval Medical Family Health Team

What You'll Do
Perform nursing-related procedures and administer vaccinations
Triage patients and determine priority of care
Collect and record vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure
Document patients' chief complaints and relevant clinical history
Support physicians and clinic staff across multiple Oakville locations to ensure seamless patient care

What We're Looking For
Current registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Experience in primary care, family practice, or a similar clinical setting is an asset




Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic sites
Strong triage, assessment, and communication skills
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required
Reliable transportation to travel between Oakville clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits

$76,000 - $78,000 per year
