About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Smartech, you will play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Your mission? Engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Beyond sales, you’ll support the store’s operations, help maintain visual merchandising excellence, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-first workplace.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience:
Provide a warm welcome to customers and offer personalized product recommendations.
Create a dynamic and engaging shopping experience through knowledgeable and friendly service.
Maintain a visually appealing, clean,



and organized store environment.

Sales & Service:
Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and effectively communicate their value to customers.

Operational Support:
Assist with merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities.
Support store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications
Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
