Summary

We are seeking skilled and dependable Production bakers to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience producing artisan and commercial breads and pastries, has cake decorating skills, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads and rolls
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor dough fermentation and baking quality
Fry as assortment of doughnuts
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the workspace
Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals
Follow recipes according to our standards
Maintain consistency in product appearance, texture, and taste

Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of skilled bread baking / cake decorating/ bakery production experience




Strong knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and baking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food safety certification is an asset
