About the Role

We are looking for a Capacity Sourcing Specialist to support our transportation operations and carrier network. This role will be responsible for carrier sourcing and management, contract administration, rate maintenance, freight settlement support, and transportation market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage carrier contracts, including contract execution, renewals, and ongoing carrier relationships.
Maintain carrier information in the TMS and regularly track and update insurance and other required compliance documents.
Work with the Finance team to maintain carrier rates and support freight settlement and reconciliation.
Coordinate with the Legal team on contract uploads, tracking, and ongoing contract maintenance.
Work closely with transportation, dispatch,



and warehouse teams to monitor carrier service quality and operational performance.
Monitor carrier performance, capacity utilization, and operational exceptions, and drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Track U.S. trucking market conditions and freight rate trends, and provide recommendations on capacity sourcing strategies and cost optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in trucking, transportation sourcing, carrier management, or a related field preferred. Robust recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of the U.S. trucking market, freight rate structures, and carrier operations is an asset.
Solid negotiation, cost awareness, and analytical skills.
Robust communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
