Your Role As A Customer Enrollment Representative:
Engage with new and existing customers in person to discuss wireless and internet service options
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and current promotions
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Follow industry and company compliance standards to ensure a professional sales experience
Work collaboratively with Customer Enrollment Representative team members to share insights and improve sales strategies

What You Need To Succeed As A Customer Enrollment Representative:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
