Having the ability to engage in the screen printing process from start to finish
Experienced at operating the automatic screen printing press
Additional knowledge of manual screen printing is a preferred but not required
Open to learning recent processes and screen printing techniques to increase efficiency
Experienced at ink mixing or open to learning
Experienced at creating films and burning screens
Being open to implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
Works well in a team setting
Communicates well with others
Transparent and honest, own up to mistakes
Timeliness,

2 years + experience on M&R; or ROQ press required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
