Responsibilities
Diagnose appliance issues using electrical, mechanical, and schematic knowledge to identify root causes efficiently.
Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwasher and ovens
Interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide repairs accurately.
Perform routine maintenance and assembly of appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Provide explicit explanations and excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and solutions effectively.
Test repaired appliances to confirm proper operation before returning them to customers.
Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each service call.
Experience
Proven electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems.
Hands-on experience with appliance repair or similar technical roles.
Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and address their concerns professionally.
Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions accurately.
Familiarity with HVAC systems or related fields is a plus but not required.
Experience with assembly or disassembly of appliances enhances your ability to perform comprehensive repairs effectively.
