Le Croissant Chaud is a French artisan bakery and café located in downtown Victoria. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where customers can enjoy authentic French pastries, breads, and beverages, paired with genuine hospitality and a memorable café experience.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced barista/front of house team member to join us for 20 to 30 hours per week.

Your Role
Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and customer experience
Prepare coffee and espresso-based drinks
Handle orders and operate the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workplace

What we are looking for
Previous experience as a barista or in customer service (café/restaurant preferred)




Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (permanent residents or citizens preferred)
Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers
Positive, professional and reliable
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
Available for 20–30 hours per week
Weekend availability is required
