Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions
Assist with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area to uphold food safety standards
Serve food and beverages promptly while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end




Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards by following proper cleaning procedures and food safety protocols
Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking efficiently

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are beneficial but not required
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a hospitality setting
