Metro Ford is seeking a skilled and dependable 3M Installer / Car Detailer to join our growing, professional team. This role is ideal for experienced individuals who take pride in precision workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering a high-quality finished product every time.

What You’ll Do
Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing
Wash, polish, and prepare vehicles for delivery
Apply 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) to vehicles (hoods, fenders, mirrors, etc.)
Complete polishing, paint correction, and protection packages to dealership standards
Inspect completed work to ensure dealership quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work independently while collaborating with service and sales teams
Deliver consistently high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive detailing (required)




Experience with 3M / Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation (required)
Solid attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and skilled in appearance and conduct
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
