Responsibilities
Assist licensed therapists with patient setup, positioning, and equipment preparation for therapy sessions
Support patients during therapeutic exercises by providing encouragement and ensuring proper technique
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and therapy equipment to uphold safety standards
Document patient progress and session details accurately within electronic medical records systems
Monitor patient safety during activities, reporting any concerns or adverse reactions promptly
Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing therapy supplies
Foster a positive,

Requirements
Will train suitable candidates.
College certificate/diploma from a 1–2 year program preferred.
Valid CPR and First Aid Certificates required.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Client-focused, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team workplace.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Criminal record check required.
English language proficiency required.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
