Join our team as an Assistant Shop Foreman/Woman! In this vital role, you'll support the shop's daily operations, assist field staff and warehouse personnel, as well as manage the fleet of field vehicles and company assets. Responsibilities
Assist the Shop Foreman/Woman in coordinating daily shop activities and workflow to maximize productivity
Support oversight and management of the vehicle fleet repair and maintenance
Support parts department with inventory management.
Supervise shop labor
Operate forklift and loader for snow removal and unloading/loading of deliveries
Maintain accurate documentation of repair processes, and service records for each vehicle in the fleet
Ensure shop cleanliness, organization of tools and equipment, and adherence to safety standards at all times




Provide excellent customer service when dealing with customers

Qualifications
Fleet management experience
Forklift and loader experience
Experience managing young workers
Organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
