Responsibilities
Prepare handmade meat buns and other dough-based items
Mix, knead, portion, and prepare dough for daily service
Prepare dumplings, Chinese rolls, and other menu items as required
Assist the chef with daily food preparation, cutting, and kitchen duties
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area
Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
Assist with other kitchen duties during busy periods

Requirements
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin)

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid work permit/status
Previous kitchen, dough-making, or Chinese restaurant experience is strongly preferred
Comfortable with physically demanding kitchen work, including standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen supplies
Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
Able to work in a fast-paced setting
