We are seeking a proactive and dependable Tender Driver to join our fall team at the Waegwoltic Club, you will be responsible for safely transporting members to and from their boats and managing watercraft rentals.
Duties
Safely operate tender boat
Conduct routine boat inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
Communicate effectively with members and team members to coordinate schedules
Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement
Maintain accurate records of trips, boat logs, and maintenance activities
Respond promptly to any emergencies during transit, escalating as necessary
Skills
Solid mechanical knowledge to perform basic boat inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
Proven experience in boat driving with a valid PCOC
Exceptional customer service skills to represent the Club
Valuable understanding of maintenance procedures to keep boats in top condition
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work independently or as part of a team
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
