Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling to meet client preferences.
Provide expert consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments tailored to individual needs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure safety and hygiene.
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, building rapport and understanding their desired outcomes.
Upsell additional services or retail products that complement clients’ treatments, enhancing their experience.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.




Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures.
Robust communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
Ability to perform retail sales by promoting products that meet client needs.
Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is preferred.
Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations.
