Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our agile wellness team. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.




Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and foster a trusting relationship.
Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Qualifications
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a caring and professional manner.
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and address client concerns.
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed.
Ability to work versatile schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.
