We are currently hiring Banquet Servers to assist with a multi-course dinner service at an upcoming event. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced banquet environment.
Responsibilities
Serve a multi-course dinner using serving trays.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a qualified and timely manner.
Clear empty plates, dishes, and glassware from tables.
Refill beverages throughout the event.
Provide coffee and beverage service.
Assist guests with their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area.
Follow all event, food service, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Previous banquet, serving, catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an asset.
Comfortable carrying serving trays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualified and positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Must be available for the scheduled event.
