We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional administrative support to medical professionals.
We are looking for candidates :
Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Healthquest but minimum 3 years in the medical clinic setting. Particularly in managerial or assisting management role; has experience faxes, scans, and referrals.
Able to commute and versatile with weekends
Has been in the clinical setting in a medical office in the last 1 year.
Pay: $19.07-$23.79 per hour
