Job Overview
We are seeking onededicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienists( Full time or Part time) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in educating patients about their dental health, performing preventative care, and assisting the dental team in delivering comprehensive treatment.

Duties
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using Maxident software.
Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Requirements
Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in Manitoba.




Proficiency in using Maxident or similar dental software systems is a plus.
Solid understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting is preferred but not required.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and patient education.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
