WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prospect and connect with potential business clients through strategic outbound outreach
Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
Research prospects to personalize your approach and improve conversion rates
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Solid verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
1+ year of experience in sales, lead prospecting, or cold calling (preferred but not required, we train the right attitude)
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software tools
Team player with a positive,



competitive energy
No degree required, we value performance over credentials

WHAT WE OFFER

COMPENSATION
Base salary: $37,000/year
Uncapped commission structure
Performance bonuses
Realistic OTE: $50,000+
